Testimonials

“Competing against much larger communities with the financial ability to attract industry would be virtually impossible without regional marketing partnerships. The City of Atoka is a beneficiary of such partnerships. Working with Choctaw Nation, rural communities, and other regional agencies, we have experienced local growth not seen in several decades.”
Brian Cathey, Mayor of Atoka
“Choctaw Nation has helped our community tremendously. The tribe’s economic development partnership enables us to compete with larger urban areas that we wouldn't otherwise have the opportunity. Thank you Choctaw Nation for making our community better and stronger!”
Vickie Patterson, City Manager of Broken Bow
“The partnership between the City of Durant, Choctaw Nation, and the State of Oklahoma welcomed CMC with open arms and immediately made our team feel like part of the community. Beyond the competitive site selection, the partnership has worked with us to recruit employees and address public improvements. CMC is proud to be a part of Team Durant.”
Alan Jackson, Plant Manager for CMC Commercial Metals
